WORK FEATURED IN

"We worked with Laura on our revised dress code policy as Edward Jones is returning to in-person work. In the spirit of 'Dress For Your Day,' we encourage principals and associates to dress appropriately in a manner consistent with the firm's brand and reputation with consideration of what their workday looks like. We extended our policy to include "smart denim" for all 50k colleagues, branches, and home office, and casual dress sneakers to our 7k home office colleagues - worn in the appropriate settings. Understandably, ambiguity may arise in these dress code policy changes. Laura rose to the occasion by providing insights and visual examples of "do's and don'ts" to clarify further and articulate all aspects of our policy. Our team loved the visual guide, and we shared applicable content company-wide and with the home office.

Given the collective experience of working from home over the past two years and wearing comfortable clothing, there are shifts in this great return to the office that include ‘casualization’ and uncertainty on what's acceptable to wear for work. Laura's exceptional gift for styling - always in the proper context - coupled with her expert knowledge of the behavioral components of how what you wear motivates/impacts you throughout your day is a unique combination that is forward-thinking and on the pulse for navigating clothing conundrums. Especially relevant when many people struggle with what to wear to return to the office and how to be comfortable while expressing individuality in line with workplace culture and professional expectations. She's authentic, informed, intuitive, engaging, and efficient. We couldn't be happier with the outcomes of our work with Laura."
